Today I thought I would write about How to create or plan a boss babe morning routine that will boost your productivity and creativity plus make you feel happy and healthy all day long. As we all know mornings are an important part of the day. Morning leads you all day.

If you carry positive thoughts and a healthy mindset in the morning then your whole day will be fruitful and happy.
And the other side if you start feeling irritated, lazy, and negative in the morning then your day will be the same as this.

A well-planned morning is essential to start an amazing day. Things you do in the morning really create a huge impact on your life. As the saying goes “Your future is hidden in your daily routine”. How you start your day decides the rest of your day and I strongly believe in this.

In today’s post, I am going to be sharing a boss babe morning routine or you can say a miracle morning routine that has completely changed my life and made me more curious and responsible about my work. As per my previous morning routine, I used to be a night owl when I was in a hostel and I thought that I was the most productive at night.

But… Girl, mornings are much better for productivity. And I got to know this now! so now a bit of my morning routine is like this:

Wake up early, drink my detox water, workout, brush my teeth, wash my face, household work, shower, get ready, and log in at my work. I told you in a very short way but my morning routine includes lots of amazing activities and things that make me super excited to start a new day.

Now you may think: “Sweety, why do I need a morning routine, when I can sleep 2-3 hours extra and leave peacefully? Listen, You are a girl with lots of responsibilities, duties, and work tasks and you are an ambitious woman plus you doing some side hustles also. That’s why we called you a boss girl.

Morning is the time of the day on which you get the most productive hours. It’s like a fresh start every day, and that’s a precious thing, babe.

So the first option is you can either start your day in a rush and leave for work stressed and almost late. Even not able to do self-care activities for you.

The second one is you can wake up two hours sooner than usual, take time for yourself, pamper your skin, start your day in peace, be ready to handle the whole day like a boss babe, complete all of your tasks and sleep peacefully without any work stress.

Now you choose, which one is more beneficial?

Good Time Management is the main characteristic of Serial Entrepreneurs.

It might sound like nothing to you, but when I do something productive in the morning and feel like yes, I did this task… that feeling Girl!!💃🏻

I hope you can feel it too…. That keeps me motivated throughout the day. And that’s why you need to create a boss babe morning routine too.

So Let’s dive into those remarkable boss babe morning routine steps.

1. Wake Up Early🕖

I know I know you got bored of hearing this. But first thing first… you must have to wake up early for a kick start morning.

Wake up early before your fixed time. And make a gap of 15 minutes. Suppose you wake up at 6:00 am then start waking up at 5:45 am. This will boost your early wake-up habit.

I usually wake up at 7:00 am but nowadays I try to wake up before 7:00 am. I woke up at 6:30 am today.

These small good habits will make a huge impact on our life. I know the comfort of your cozy bed is no less than heaven in the morning.

But please stop hitting the snooze button again and again, just jump out of your bed immediately. This small act of discipline will actually help you to start your day with joy and happiness.

2. Take Some Sunlight ☀️

I don’t remember where I read it but sunlight helps your brain to release the hormone “SEROTONIN” this hormone makes your mood calm and relaxing.

After waking up, open your windows. Let some sunlight and fresh AIR IN first thing in the morning! Sunlight helps you to feel like Sunshine and will remind you to be a boss while fresh air will wake up your skin and it will feel so light.

3. MAKE YOUR BED 🛏️

This is the first thing you do in the morning, I also do this every morning even I make my brother’s bed too😏 which instantly brightens up your room as well as your mood.

This small little act can completely change the way your room looks.So always make your bed in the morning. This small thing is also in a boss babe morning routine for success 🤪

4. DRINK WATER

We all know that Up to 60% of the Human body is made of water and therefore it requires water in order to function properly. After 6-7 hours of sleep, our body and mind need to be hydrated. So drink a glass of water in the mornings to restore your energy and for an active brain.

It’s also great for brain cells and affects our brain health in a very good way. You can keep your water bottle next to your bed so that when you wake up you can take that bottle and drink water asap.

I drink warm water in the morning. It is in my healthy habits and daily habits. It’s made of warm water, one tbsp honey, and some drops of lemon.

It keeps me fit and flushes out the toxins from my body. You can try this too, super easy and super effective.

5. WASH YOUR FACE

Washing your face is something that will really wake you up, make you feel energized, and feels like yaa, it’s a new day and I’m ready for it.

So brush your teeth and wash your face with cold water and do some skincare if you have a routine. If you haven’t that time then you can also do it in the evening.

6. LET'S WORKOUT🏋️

Maybe People hate this one, but a boss babe doesn’t. The workout is a great thing to wake up your body. Body movement is important. Our body needs some movements after a long sleep.

I’m not saying you should go to the gym daily, pay bills and just sweat there…. Not at all. I’m also not a gym person even there is no gym in my village 🤣 I do crunches, Russian twists, planks, and scissor legs “ALL AT HOME” 🥳💃
And you can also do this.

Instead of hitting the gym, you can do some yoga and breathing exercises to wake up your body or you can do some stretching to improve blood circulation and flexibility which I do every day. You can also do meditation for a peaceful and relaxing mind.

7. BREAKFAST TIME

They said never skip your breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. What you eat for breakfast gets quickly absorbed by your body, as it is starving because of our long and healthy sleep.

Having a healthy breakfast keeps your energy level high which in turn increases your productivity and promotes your mood. GOOD FOOD, GOOD MOOD! You know.

If you don’t have time to cook a wholesome breakfast in the morning then you can make an easy and fast fruit bowl. What’s better than this?

Or you can make some Poha (beaten rice) My favorite breakfast 😄 it’s tasty as well as healthy. Will share my poha recipe someday! ☺️ With this, You can check your emails, inbox, and calendar tasks if you have any. This is called a no-nonsense morning routine!

And wait Coffee or tea person? It’s not a healthy thing but some people start their day with a cup of tea or coffee and without these two they just can’t start working.

So if you are also a coffee or tea person then go for it… just eat or drink something that wakes up your mind and makes you energetic

8. MINDFULNESS

I start my morning with “JAY SHREE KRISHNA“. I adopted this habit from my mom. When she wakes up she always wishes me jay Shree Krishna and then I also repeat the same.

It’s a form of prayer like I’m saying to god that thanks for giving me one more day to live. I’m always grateful for this. All I want to say is to spend at least 15 minutes practicing gratitude or visualization or do journaling.

Like read your affirmations list, write 5 things that you are grateful for, or explore your daily journal.

You are thinking why this waste of time? I also think like this when I didn’t know about the power of gratitude and affirmations. But babe, IT REALLY WORKS!

9. READING HABIT 📑

I don’t know how many times you read this but “READING MAKES YOU PRODUCTIVE” promotes the ability to think, to think broad.

You can read self-development books, personal development books,self-made-millionaire-lady-entrepreneur books, and inspiring books. There are a lot of books out there where you can check the list. 

Not a book person? THAT’S TOTALLY OKAY! You can even read some blogs too which I do every day.

I’m a blogger and I always find some inspiration or learn some writing skills to make my blog journey better and to provide you best content obviously.

I RESEARCH A LOT!! You are already a boss babe. Maybe a business owner, a CEO of a company, or a content creator like me. So read some blogs that will be helpful for you and for your work or watch an informative video of any kind of training, techniques and tricks, new tools, sales, launches for female entrepreneurs.

I just want to say that do something that fuels your creativity.

10. GET READY

See we all know that many boss babes work from home.

But this doesn’t mean you have to stay in your PJ’s or oversize tees(oversized tee) all day… getting dressed is also a feeling that reminds you that girl you are now ready to log in at your work.

You are shifting from bed mode to work mode. So It’s now time to shower, get dressed, and do your hair and makeup (if you want to do)! Never think of why I’m getting dressed when I haven’t any plans to go out?

There is nothing like that. Getting dressed will put you in the right mood to complete your work tasks on your to-do list.

So it’s just a matter of setting your mood to be more positive, creative, and productive. Staying in your PJs is only going to make you a potato couch. Gottcha? Thanks, Babe.

11. TO DO LIST

Last but not least, the boss babe morning routine also includes this step. Planning is the main point of success. Without any plan, there is no success.

Now you are ready and logged at your work. Now it’s time to plan the things that you want to accomplish. Making a to-do list is also an essential thing.

Planning your day helps you remain focused and allows you to manage your time in a productive way.

Let me give you an example:

See when you go to a grocery store and if you have a list of what to shop or not then it’s easy to find and pick the things that you want to shop for because you have a fixed list for that.

Same works here. When you have a list of things to do in a day with a proper plan, it helps as a motivation for you to keep going.

A tip from me is always to note down your tasks that are in your priorities and what you want to do the next day at night. I do this and it also saves your time for the next day. A pre-planned list is much better you know….

And please don’t scroll your Instagram again and again, keep your phone aside if you work from your laptop. So that you can complete a certain task without distractions.

Final Words:

Now, you can also add some more activities like your skincare routine, can try some self-care ideas, cleaning the house(it also in my routine). I’m not married but I feel like a housewife (without a husband😂) sometimes, lol!

That’s because I everyday make breakfast, lunch, clean my house, wash my clothes (no washing machine 😃) and take care of my grandparents. But I’m still productive and happy yo!!
