There is a long story: In August 2020 I had a fracture in both legs and just couldn’t walk or stand and at the same time My family, including me, tested COVID- 19 Positive. My Nanaji (My mom’s father) passed away and things were really tough at that time.
It was really difficult to survive in such a situation, then I thought, Why am I so negative? There are many people in the world who are surviving the same even if they survive the worst.
I thought that I just had a fracture, what about those people who haven’t legged? So I thanked God for that day, and then I understood the real meaning of GRATEFULNESS! it’s a power💫 from that day I started a page @thatgratefulsoul to motivate other people and make them realize that they are not alone, everyone has problems but by Positivity and gratefulness, we can win! 💪🏻😋😇 After 3 months I got recovered and also my family is doing well.
I know you must have lost someone, you too have had many problems this year. But it’s okay. Let’s start the new year with new resolutions, we make the coming year great and fun.

ya ya! I know you are lazy and don’t want to go out from your soft blanket on winter days but trust me It makes you feel active as well as gives you a fresh start. Every morning I sweep and mop my home and wash my clothes, huh not in the washing machine. I have my hands for that 😂
3. Start Writing a Diary:
This is the thing you really should do! Writing develops our ability to think broadly and also makes us productive. If you are a person who can’t keep the secrets of others or yours then you must start writing a daily diary. You will feel good, trust me. You can also start reading books that can change your life.

Now whether it is smoking or biting your fingernails it counts in bad habits that do harm your personality and also harm you. A negative effect is left, so it is better to leave such habits. This is a must and I always do this. Create a routine and make your life easier. You can make your skincare routine or study routine or work-out routine. Just make it and follow.

Healthier you eat, the happier your life will be. I’m not gonna lie to you guys but I’m seriously saying I don’t eat junk, not even on Sundays. I have a healthy meal routine and I’m strictly following that. If you are a foodie person then only allow yourself to eat junk on Sundays. It’s more than enough.
13. Spend Time With Family:
I mentioned this in my previous article self-care Ideas. And this is important. I think In this pandemic you all got to know about the value of family. I don’t know about you, but I got this. If you have a family you are strong enough. And if not that do ping me once 🌸 I’m Always there for you.
14. Drink Warm Water Every Morning:
I’ve been doing this for the past 2 years and trust me it’s super easy plus super effective. I will write about this in my upcoming articles.
15. Start A Side Hustle:
Friends, You must have understood in this pandemic that side hustle kyu is important. Multiple income sources are important. If you are a student then start a new side hustle in the new year. You will also get to learn from this and you will also be able to create an income source for yourself.
16. Try New Recipes:
I’m gonna do this in New year for sure. My mom always complains about my cooking and now I decided to take this as my new year’s resolution. Cooking is one of the essential skills that every man and woman should possess. It allows you to save money, eat the food you love just the way you like it, and impress dates with lovely meals shared under candlelights.
17. Invest In Education:
There are many courses available on the internet which are interesting and FREE! If you want to learn anything new then don’t hesitate to invest your money and time in education.
