1. Sago and Aloo chat (Navratri fast recipes)

🍽️ What we need   – Sago(Sabudana), ghee, peanuts, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, rock salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice.

Method of making – First put ghee in a pan, then add peanuts and bake them well. When the peanuts are roasted well, take them out in a bowl and then in the same pan take about 10 minutes.

Let it roast When the potatoes are well-formed and you feel that they are not raw, then take them out in a bowl containing peanuts. Then add ghee in the same pan and add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilies, curry leaves and stir it well. Then add sago to it and bake well. When the sago is cooked, then put potatoes and peanuts in a bowl and put it in it. And mix well.

Then 10-15 min. Till they all roast well and when it gets roasted then put rock salt, black pepper powder, and coriander on it, then stir them all well. If you like sour then you can add lemon to it. 🍽️ What we Need– Potatoes (Boiled), ghee, sugar, saffron milk/normal milk, cardamom powder, chopped fresh dry fruits.

Method of making – First of all, mash the boiled potatoes and you can also make them great. Then heat the ghee in a pan and stir for a while after adding mashed potatoes to it. Then when it is fully cooked or has a nice yellow color then add sugar to it, then shake it and add saffron milk or simple milk.

3. Aloo Cheela

🍽️ What we Need – Raw Potatoes, chopped green chili, coriander leaves black pepper powder, rock salt, water chestnut flour(singoda flour), oil/ghee.

🍽️ What we need – Boiled potatoes, jeera chopped green chilies, rock salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, ghee/oil.

Method of making – First cut the potatoes into pieces. Then take whatever oil or ghee you want to take in a pan, then add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilies. 5. Aloo pakoras

🍽️ What we need – Buckwheat flour(Kuttu ka Atta) chopped green chilies, rock salt, potatoes, black pepper powder, water, oil.


Method of making – First of all, add finely chopped green chilies, rock salt, black pepper powder, and water to the Buckwheat flour(Singhade ka Aata) and mix it well. Then cut the potatoes in a round shape. Then place the oil in a pan to heat it.

When the oil is hot then by immersing a piece of potato in that mixture Put in the pan and fry well. Fry all such potato pieces one by one. These have become your potato pakoras. So this is our fifth Navratri fast recipes/Navratri vrat recipes.

6. Banana smoothie

🍽️ What we need – bananas, curd, milk sugar powder/sugar, and glucose.

Method of making – First cut the bananas into round shapes. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl, curd, milk, sugar powdered/sugar, or glucose (this is optional) everything. 7. Neer dosa

🍽️ What we need – Sama rice, coconut, ghee, rock salt.

Method of making – After cleaning the rice, soak it in water for 2 hours. Remove the excess water from the rice and put the rice in the mixer, along with the grated coconut, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and make a fine paste.

Remove the rice and coconut paste in a bowl Take it 1/4 cup of water was used to grind rice. Now mix one and a half cups and water in this mixture and mix it. Prepare the mixture by making a very thin paste। Add salt to the mixture and mix it well to make the dosa, heat the nonstick Tawa and spread it around by adding a little ghee on the pan, fill the mixture in a small bowl and spread this mixture on the griddle and spread it thin.

A little spoonful of ghee with a little spoon Check the dosa, the dosa is roasting well. Now roast the dose for 1.5 minutes without covering it well. Dosa has been roasted from the bottom surface, now flip it over and let it roast for 2 minutes from the other side also.  Likewise, prepare dosa from the rest of the mixture.
